EnAble India has come up with more short duration programs for employees with visual impairment working in public sector undertakings and other state and central government offices. These programs are designed by the Inclusion experts who has several years of experience in this domain and have very good understanding about the job roles and tasks in the public sector.

Vision-Aid conducts training programs for persons with visual impairment so that they can gain skills required to lead a life of independence and dignity. Vision-Aid offers about 15 different training programs across all levels and most of these programs are offered virtually. A snapshot of the training programs offered by Vision-Aid is shown below:

Certificate Course in Computer Applications, Course on Mobile Technology & use, Basics of Braille Technology and Training program on
Life skills
This training program will prepare candidates for jobs in the Customer Service, BPO and IT enabled services industry. Candidates will be provided required training to use computers and domain specific applications. In addition, experts will work on communication and soft skills of the candidates and provide practical training on the processes common to the jobs in these industries.
