One-year certification course in Computer Applications.

The All India Confederation of the Blind invites applications from educated
visually impaired individuals for admission to One-year certification course
in Computer Applications. Along with this course you will do two extra
certifications (IOT and Cyber Security) from Cisco.

Eligibility: Graduate (Any Stream)

Duration: 1 year, full-time

The training program is conducted free of cost. Separate hostel facilities
for both boys and girls are available free of cost.

The 22nd batch of Advanced Computer Training Center (ACTC) for visually impaired is scheduled in the 2nd week of Aug 2019 at Mitra Jyothi, Bangalore.
The tentative date for the commencement is 5th of August 2019.

Course Duration: 17 June to 28 June 2019 10 am to 5 pm, Batch For school going blind students, no hostel facility.
Maximum capacity: 15 students
Eligibility
• Candidates who have under Class 12th are eligible.
Syllabus
The following topics are included in the syllabus.
• Basic Hardware and Software concepts
• Word Processing (MS Word)
• Reading, Writing & Editing

Employment Oriented Course on Computer Application & Assistive Technology

Course Duration: 3 months, from July (first week) 2019. Classes will be held from 10 am to 5 pm Monday to Saturday.
Last date for registration on 16 June 2019.
About the Course
The Diploma in Computer Application and Access Technology course is targeted at increasing the employability skills of visually impaired adults. This course will also help employed visually impaired persons in increasing efficiency and productivity at their workplace.
