The Asian Blind Union (ABU) is a Regional union of World Blind Union and it organizes every year essay competitions for blind candidates in the region through its affiliates in the country. This year, this ONKYO essay Competition 2018 is being organised by National Association for the Blind in India on behalf of ABU. We therefore request you to send the essays as per the following details from willing blind candidates of your organisation/institution/university/college along with their individual details to the following E-mail address so as to reach us latest by 31st May, 2018.

VI Students who have completed Class 10 or above and are pursuing their studies will be given highest priority.

Candidates who have completed their graduation and are seeking skill development to get into good jobs.

The next batch of Diploma in Computer Application and Access
Technology will commence from Monday, April 2nd 2018. The duration of this course is 4 months. Classes will be held Monday to Saturday from 10 am to 5 pm. The last date for submitting application is Thursday, March 22, 2018.

We are pleased to inform you that Tata Consultancy Services Ltd. – Maitree, is conducting the 19th All India batch of Advanced Computer Training Center (ACTC) for Visually Impaired. The training will be conducted in the premises of our partnering organization; National Association for the blind, Mumbai. This will be a 40-45 days residential training program and will tentatively commence on 5th Feb 2018.
