The next batch of Diploma in Computer Application and Access Technology will commence from Saturday, December 5th, 2015. The duration of this course is 4 months. Classes will be held on all working days from Monday to Saturday, 10am to 4pm.  The last date for submitting application is  Monday, 30th November, 2015.

To add to the knowledge and skill of visually challenged practicing  masseurs trained under its relaxation massage training programme, the Blind Relief Association, Delhi jointly with the renowned Shahnaz Hussain International Beauty Academy has started a 6-month part-time course in Ayurvedic massage.

KCES's Moolji jaitha college Dreamy Eyes Resource Centre for Visually Challenged is organizing a learning workshop for the blind on 5th, 6th  and 7th of August 2014, in collaboration with Perkins India, Bookshare India, and Enable India. Three experts from Bookshare India Delhi, and Enable India Bangalore, are going to conduct the workshop that includes life skills, use of technology for smoother and easier way of life, employability options and many other useful information and resources.

Workshop on Accessible Banking for the Visually Impaired

This workshop will consist of demonstration and hands-on experience on the following topics.

1. Demonstration about the functionality of Talking ATM machines

2. Online railway Ticket booking: Participants will see demonstration of
online railway ticket booking

3. Use of Online banking: Participants will learn to use internet banking of different banks for various purposes such as checking statements, funds transfer, and more.

4. Mobile banking: The use of mobile apps of certain banks will be demonstrated.

Advanced Diploma in Physiotherapy

The Physiotherapy College for Visually Impaired would like to announce that it will be undertaking application for the course named “Advanced Diploma in Physiotherapy” starting coming academic year for its first year.

The said course is approved by the Ahmedabad University.

The course is designed in an effort to improve the quality of education of students studying in our college.

We would like to make sure that our course is up-to-date with the latest advances in the field of physiotherapy.

JSS Mahavidyapeetha, Karnataka is the first Polytechnic of its kind in the Country to offer professional education.  Six Diploma Courses of three years namely Architecture, Commercial Practice, Computer Science &  Jewellery Designing and Technology, Electronics & Communication and Computer Applications for the Visually Impaired are offered for Orthopedically Handicapped, Hearing Impaired, and Visually Impaired students at Diploma level.
