The Blind Welfare Association Maharashtra has organised "Navigation Car Rally" for the blind on 9th December, 2012 at Nasik, Maharashtra.
It is common knowledge that intervention should begin as early as possible for it to be effective. When a child is young it may be difficult to have a definitive diagnosis, but a parent instinctively knows if her child shows developmental delays. Teachers notice immediately if a child is different in the classroom. A variety of strategies can be used to help the child and these strategies are enriching for all children. Effective early intervention can often make a huge difference in closing the learning gaps.

So the organization invites all the visually impaired persons of Odisha to be gathered in a large number on the said date in the organization premises at 10.00 A.M .
