National  Association for the blind  & Rotary Club jointly organizing a Car Rally for visually challenged persons on 29th April, 2012. This Car Rally is organised in Delhi to increase the awareness in the general public about the abilities of the visually impaired persons. It also helps in instilling confidence and self-belief in the visually impaired persons.
