Every time she touches it, she tries to relate it with pictures or events she has heard about. "I was never taught Braille. I have been tutored only through audio lessons," said Swati, who touched a Braille book for the first time.

CM MANOHAR LAL ISSUES INSTRUCTIONS
Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal on Wednesday issued instructions that such JBT teachers as are either visually impaired or are suffering from chronic disease, should be posted at stations near their house.
Due to non-availing of opportunity in the transfer policy of the Education Department, such teachers have been deprived of allotment of stations near to their house. Now, all such teachers will be transferred immediately, said the Chief Minister while holding a Janta Darbar to address issues and grievances of the people here.
