एक देश एक राशन कार्ड योजना के अंतर्गत किसी भी क्षेत्र के नागरिक राशन कार्ड के माध्यम से देश के किसी भी राज्य से पीडीएस राशन की दुकान से राशन प्राप्त कर सकेंगे | इस बात की घोषणा केंद्रीय खाद्य मंत्री और सार्वजनिक वितरण मंत्री रामविलास पासवान जी के द्वारा की गयी है| इस योजना के तहत देश के लोग किसी भी राज्य की पीडीएस की दुकान से अपने हिस्से का राशन लेने में पूर्ण रूप से स्वतंत्र रहेंगे | One Nation One Ration Card 2023 देश के हर एक नागरिक को राहत पहुंचाएगी | इस योजना के शुरू होने से सभी नागरिको को काफी फायदा होगा |

Assam has become the 36th State/UT to implement One Nation One Ration Card (ONORC). With this, the ONORC plan is successfully implemented in all the 36 states/UTs, making food security portable throughout the country.

A.P. govt. exempts visually-impaired staff from facial attendance
The State government exempted all the visually-impaired employees from marking attendance through the Facial Recognition Based Attendance System (FRBAS) until the attendance systems are made accessible to them.
The Chief Secretary K.S. Jawahar Reddy, through G.O. M.S. No. 1 on Friday, from the Department for Women, Children, Differently Abled and Senior Citizens, had issued instructions to all concerned officials in the State to follow the new guidelines for this section of employees.

He said on his social media website: I am thrilled that I have won the gold medal in the javelin throw category at the National Athletics Championship. I threw 15 meters in javelin throw in visually impaired category. This is considered my greatest achievement and pride. My thanks to our school and my sports coach.
Home for blind to come up in Kakinada
Kakinada: Kakinada district collector Kritika Shukla has instructed officials to identify a site for construction of a home for the blind in Kakinada. She also ordered that the new building being built for the deaf and dumb school be completed at the earliest.
The department for welfare of the disabled is running a disability training and production centre, a hostel for disabled, and a home and school for the blind.
