Leadership and Employment Readiness Training Program

Leadership and Employment readiness Training Program” is a Pilot program supported by American India Foundation and NAB Delhi for developing Leadership and Employment readiness in women with disabilities. This program will help equip young women with disabilities who have a college degree and are facing barriers to employment, with the foundational skills, knowledge and experience they need to get Leadership training and start well-paying careers in the future.

Aditi Mahavidyalaya, in collaboration with Advocate Sanjay Chhabra, is organising a Debate, Group Discussion and Extempore competition for university women students with visual impairment on the occasion of International White Cane Safety Day.

Self-Defense Training Program

Self-Defense Training Program
National Association for the Blind (NAB) Delhi is organising a “Self Defense Training Program” for women with disabilities in collaboration with American India Foundation (AIF).

Women with disabilities face up to 10 times more violence than those without disabilities (according to a global study conducted by UNFPA). This is primarily because of their intersectional disadvantaged position in the society and vulnerability that comes with limited communication and/or mobility.

Advanced Employability training program

After pandemic, we are back in office and we are set to start our new batch of Advanced Employability training program at the Enable India Office from 4th week of July 2022, for persons with vision impairment.

Duration is 4 months

This is a full-time training and it is conducted at our Enable India office, Bangalore, for 4 months.

Through this training you will:
1. Learn from the domain/industry experts
2. Understand company expectations
3. Build/Enhance your skills for employment as per industry standards
4. Get Job ready
