Chandigarh, December 28

The second day of the national conference on the ‘Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act 2016- Implications for various Stakeholders’ concluded at the GMCH, Sector 32, here today.

The conference was organised by the Government Rehabilitation Institute for Intellectual Disabilities (GRIID), National Institute for the Empowerment of Persons with Multiple Disabilities (NIEPMD), Chennai and Umeed Society, Chandigarh.

Around 200 delegates from 15 states of the country were a part of the conference.
