Tech-Mahindra is looking for a candidate with Experience as “Accessibility Tester”
2+ years’ experience with Accessibility standards including but not limited to W3C WCAG 2.0-2.1 and Section 508.
Extensive knowledge on WCAG 2.1 standards.
Experience testing web pages as per accessibility standards.
"Job Responsibilities”:
Performing the accessibility assessment against WCAG 2.0-2.1 checklist and 508 section standards
Documenting the accessibility findings and its recommended solution
Performing the QA on the task
Making sure that client understands the reported issues by driving the expert call after the projects completed
Performing the validation on the issues that are fixed by Wombat developers
Documenting the conformance statements
"Skills Required”:
HTML 5, CSS 3 and Java Script.
Understanding on WAI ARIA.
Experience in using any automation tools such as Wave Evaluation Tool
Manual testing for accessibility.
Experience testing with ATs such as JAWS, NVDA, Voiceover, ChromeVox and Talkback.
Experience in using excel, word or any other reporting formats for documenting the findings.
Working with Refreshable braille displays.
Job Location: Hyderabad, India
