Antarchakshu - The Eye Within, is conducted by the XRCVC, an event which provides an opportunity to the larger community to not just experience and explore the world of the disabled, but understand it; a world which is not that different. Antarchakshu creates a simulated environment which gives a chance to its participants to be in the world of the disabled. It takes approximately an hour for the entire experience.

It is our pleasure to announce that Antarchakshu will be presented for the first time at the national level in collaboration with the Equal Opportunity Office (EOO) of the Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU), New Delhi and Saksham Trust, New Delhi. This event is being supported by the Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment, Government of India through the National Institute for the Visually Handicapped (NIVH) Dehradun, a premier Institute in the field of visual disability working under the administrative control of the Ministry. Antarchakshu at Delhi will be organized by the XRCVC as part of its national level advocacy project – Project Access: An XRCVC – Sightsavers Initiative. Sightsavers works towards eliminating avoidable blindness and promote equal opportunities for disabled people.

The event will reach out to educators, Government officials, employers, students, Corporates, media, social workers and the public at large to spread the message of inclusiveness.
