Notification for Engagement of Act Apprentices-2022-23

Online applications are invited from the candidates residing in districts coming under South Central railway Jurisdiction only & fulfilling the prescribed conditions stipulated in this notification for engageent of 4103 apprentices for imparting training under the Apprentices Act, 1961 and Apprenticeship rules 1962.

Educational Qualifications: The candidate must have passed 10th class examination or its equivalent (under 10+2 examination system) with minimum 50% marks in aggregate from recognized Board and also possess ITI certificate in the trade notified from the institutions recognised by NCVT/SCVT

The candidate should possess the required qualificatio as on date of submitting online application.

Age: 15-24 years

Age relaxation: 10 years for PwD candidates.

There will be no written test or viva

Training & Stipend: Training will be arranged in accordance with the standards and syllabus prescribed by the Central Apprenticeship Council. The selected candidates will be paid stipend during Apprenticeship at the prescribed rates as per extant instructions.

No fee for PwD candidates.

The following are the states coming under South Central Railway Jurisdiction eligible to apply:

Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Maharashtra, Karnataka, Tamilnadu, Madhya Pradesh

Candidate has to select the state to which he/she belongs to for which address proof has to be uploaded.

The candidate has to choose their optio of priority/preference for the Railway Estabishments of South Central Railway for Trainig Option of priority preference once exercised is final and no request form modification will be entertained.

Documents to be uploaded

1. SSC/10th class or its equivalent marks sheet
2. Proof of date of Birth
3. Consolidated Marks Sheet of al semesers of the ITI trade in which applied Provisional National Trade Certificate indicating marks.
4. National Trade Certificate issued by NCVT or Provisional National Trade Certificate issued by NCVT/SCVT
5. RDAI registration form mentioning registration number.
6. Disability certificate in case of Pwd candidates (Disabiity certificate in proper format for 40% or more disability) to be uploaded. 

Applicants will be trained only for the Trade in which they have been selected.
