Recruitment Notice for the post of Assistant Manager in HR, Marketing and Finance in MTNL.

MTNL is a Public Sector Enterprise having major operations in the markets of Delhi and Mumbai.

Applications are invited from bright, result oriented, dynamic and energetic persons with initiative and enterprise, desiour of making a career with MTNL, for filling up following posts on direct recruitment through Online Examination:

Post: Assistant Manager (Human Resource)
No. of posts: 6, out of which 01 for Persons with Disabilities
Qualification: Two years full time MBA course/MSW/MA (PM&IR)/Equivalent Full Time Post Graduate Diploma with specialisation in Human Resource/Personnel 
Age: 23-30 years

Age Relaxation: 10 years for PwD candidates.

Training & Probation: After joining the candidates shall be required to undergo on the job induction training for a period of one year. After successful completion of training, they shall be placed on Probation for a period of one year. They shall be confirmed in service after successul completion of probation and other related formatlities i.e. two years after joining the company.

Pay & Emoluments: Selected candidates will be entitled for stipend of Rs. 30000/- per month during training period, and on successul completion of training they shall be placed in the pay scale of Rs. 20600-46500 + DA + HRA/subsidized housing and other
benfits like Medical Facilities, Gratuity, Contributory Provident Fund etc. admission as per rules of the company.

Placement: The final place of posting shall be decided after completion of training. MTNL operates primarily in Delhi and Mumbai. However the candidate is liable for all India Posting and transfer to any section/unit/place of MTNL.
