Qualification (University/Institution recognized by UGC/AICTE): Two years full time MBA (HR/IR)/ MSW or MA(Social Work with HR/IR) / Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations of 2 yrs. full time course with specialization in IR/ HR with Labour Legislations.Degree in Law is desirable. 

 

2. Officer (HR)  

Group: B

Qualification: Graduate with 2 years full time Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Public Relations/ Journalism/ Mass Communication.
