RECRUITMENT FACULTY POSITONS
AUD is a unitary University established by the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi focusing on resarch and higer learnig in the Social Sciencs, Humanites and Liberal Arts. AUD isrecognized under Section 12B of the UGC Act. Recntly, AUD has been accredited by NAC with an ‘A’ grade. We are looking for faculty of focus on research, teaching and mentoring in a environment
where innovative curricular practies are emphasized. AUD offers undergaduate, postgraduate and resarch degree programes. AUD has special interest in interdiscplinary areas of studies. AUD follows a system of a pointg a teacher on the University faculty and deploying his/her services concurrently in more than one School or Program each ording to his/her expertise and interst a well as the needs of the University. Every teacher of the University, no matter in which School he/she is deployed, is concurrently also on the faculty of the School of Undergaduate Studies.

Pay Scale: Rs. 15,600-39100 (PB-3) + AGP Rs. 6000/-
Qualifications: Good academic record with at least 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is follwed) at the Master's Degree level in a relevant subject from an Indian University, or an equivalent degree from an accredited foreign university.
Besides fulfilling the above qualifcations, the candiate must have cleard the National Eligibilty Test (NET) conducted by the UGC, CSIR or similar test accredited by the UGC like SLET/SET. Candiates who have ben awarded a Ph.Degree from a University in India (recognized bythe UGC) or from a university abroad shall be exempted from the requirement of the minimum eligbilty conditon of NET/SLET/SET. NET/SLET/SET shall also not be required for such Masters Programmes in disciplines for which NET/SLET/SET is not conducted.
The School's focus will be the interface of law, development, governace, social transformation and constitutional rights. The School is likely to launch a Masters Progame in Law and offer courses in Law as part of AUD’s Undergaduate progame. Pleas e the AUD website for a vis on stateme nt on
