ELIGIBILITY QUALIFICATIONS FOR ASSISTANT PROFESSOR:

 

Assistant Professor: Department of Commerce, Computer Science, Electronics, English, Management Studies, Hindi, Mathematics, Physics, Psychology and Environmental Studies. 

 

1. Good academic record as defined by the concerned university with at least 55% marks (or grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed) at the Master’s Degree level in a relevant subject from an Indian University, or an equivalent degree from an accredited foreign university.

 

2. Besides fulfilling the above qualifications, the candidate must have cleared the National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by the UGC, CSIR or a similar test accredited by the UGC.

 

No fee for PwD candidates.

 

 

A relaxation of 5% may be provided at the graduate and master’s level for the Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe/ Persons with Disability (PwD) (Physically and visually differently- abled) categories for the purpose of eligibility and for assessing good academic record during direct recruitment to teaching positions.

 

 

Candidates applying under the PwD category are further required to submit the Disability Certificate in the format prescribed by the Government of India, Department of Personnel and Training vide OM No. 36035/3/2004-Estt(Res) dated 29.12.2005. The format is available on the website www.persmin.nic.in.

 

Application is to be submitted strictly on-line till 05th Jan 2016. 

 

Forms must be filled online. The applicants are also required to submit a copy of filled online forms generated after payment along with self-attested copies of required documents in support of qualifications and experience in college by registered/speed post within a period of ten days from the date of filling of form. The College shall not be responsible for any delay/loss due to postal or technical reasons.
