Posts:
1. Assistant Registrar
No. of post: 01 for Persons with Disabilities (Low Vision can apply)
Scale of Pay: PB-III (Rs. 15,600-39,100) GP: Rs. 5,400/
Age Limit: 37 years
Qualifications: Master's Degree with at least 55% of the marks, or its equivalent grade of 'B' in the UGC seven point scale along with good academic record.
Knowledge of computer office applications like Word, Excel, Power Point etc.
Experience: Experience by 2 years may be relaxed in the length of minimum experience required following shortage of sufficient number of candidates in PwD category.
Relevant experience in one or more of the following areas:
1. Administrative matters including Legal, Labour relations & laws, Public relations, Recruitments, Establishments.
2. Academic matters such as conduct of examinations, maintenance of students' records.
3. Possessing experience of handling administrative Financial Budget/Accounts matter in a responsible capacity.
4. Estate Management, Materials Management and Import procedures.
5. With at least 5 years working experience in a Supervisory/Superintendent capacity with a GP of Rs. 4600/- in a
Government, Semi. Government, Financial! Commercial organization, reputed recognized Universityl Technological Institution of national standing etc.
Computer literacy and ability to work independently will be preferred.
2. Jr. Superintendent (Rajbhasha)/Jr. Hindi Translator
No. of post: 01 for Persons with Disabilities (Low Vision can apply)
Scale of Pay PB-II (Rs. 9,300-34,800) GP: Rs. 4,200/
Age Limit: 32 years
Qualifications: Master's degree of a recognized University in Hindi with English as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination at the degree level
OR
Master's degree of a recognized University in English with Hindi as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination at the degree level
OR
Master's degree of a recognized University in any subject other than Hindi or English, with Hindi medium and English as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of a examination at the degree level;
OR
Master's degree of a recognized University in any subject other than Hindi or English, with English medium and Hindi as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of a examination at the degree level;
Experience: Atleast 3 years' experience in the GP of Rs. 28001- with sufficient experience in office environment and typing skills in Hindi/English. Excellent computer skills for handling correspondence work 1 office files 1 papers with proficiency in English & Hindi.
Knowledge of translation work from Hindi to English and vice versa.
Knowledge of computer office applications with sufficient typing speed, proficiency in office application like Word" Excel, Power Point etc.
Computer Proficiency: The candidates belonging to Group B & C, should qualify in computer skill test with atleast 60% proficiency and eventually should achieve upto 100% proficiency.
Hindi typing proficiency: The candidates belonging to Group B & C, should qualify in Hindi typing test with 60% accuracy I proficiency, wherever required and eventually should achieve upto 100% proficiency.
Age relaxation: 10 years for PwD candidates.
No fee for PwD candidates.
Working experience in Hindi:
Suitable work experience in Hindi Translation/Typing/Stenography in discharging duties in Rajbhasha Cell will be an added advantage.

Low vision (LV) :
"Person with low vision" means a person with impairment of visual functioning even after treatment or standard refractive correction but who uses or is potentially capable of using vision for the planning or execution of a task with appropriate assistive device.
