Key Responsibilities
- Training and Development: Develop comprehensive tutorials and modules for training sessions
- Training Delivery: Lead online and offline training sessions
- Technology Evaluation: Evaluate assistive technologies and solutions
- Collaboration: Collaborate on additional tasks to achieve organizational objectives
Required Skills and Training
- Computer Training: Computer training, including keyboard and screen reader software orientation
- Technical Support: Problem-solving support for applications and NVDA settings
- Assistive Devices: Assistive devices training and maintenance
Qualifications and Experience
- Education: Graduation from a recognized college or university
- Certification: Diploma/Certificate in computer studies
- Experience: Prior experience in training persons with visual impairment (desired)
- Preference: Preference given to 100% blind and low vision individuals
