BGFI- Virtual Session on Assertiveness- 3RD May

It is said that words selected in communication are 2H sward. If we select wrong words, it can act as a bullet, on the other hand selection of the right words an attitude in communication may work as a healer. BGFI is all set to conduct a session on yet another topic known as assertiveness. Assertiveness means conveying a strong message in a polite yet in a firm manner. being assertive enables us to stand up for our rights or stand up against something wrong in a calm and positive manner without being ither aggressive or passively accepting wrong.
This session will be conducted on the Zoom app which is available for PC, android, and iOS devices. To attend the session download the app

About the trainer: Deepa Rao is a corporate trainer, executive coach, and wellness coach. She is certified by the International Coaching Federation. Having experience of 15 years in the sector, she has
trained approximately 12,000 people in India, Dubai, Oman, Australia,
