A novel by a visually-impaired IAS officer is not something we get to read often. In I: Putting the Eye in IAS, Rajesh Singh writes about the journey of a blind boy who becomes an IAS officer. Singh through his work shows the difference between vision and sight. “Creativity, ability and skills of differently abled should not be wasted,” said Lok Sabha speaker Sumitra Mahajan during the launch of the book last week.
