1.Job description for all the roles defined:
a.Call Center Executive
Candidates with or without calling experience are invited to apply. Its an 8 hour day shift job. It will work on Sales as well as Service processes. Major processes include – Fund raising for NGOs, Telesales/ Tele-servicing, Healthcare sales, Information dissemination etc. All processes will come with basic targets on which incentives will be additionally paid.
Necessary process training prior to the kick off will be imparted and on the job training interventions will continue to help the candidates strive for better delivery. Candidates shall be provided with a computer system to help them perform better as well as capture customer information through CRM. Candidate must be of a minimum age of 21 years, 30+ age preferred.
Candidates with prior training in sales or customer relationship management will be preferred.
2.Candidate profile
a.Call Center Executive
They must have computer operating skills, which includes working on NVDA, use of CRM, typing speed of not less than 35 - 40 words per min, should know how to use shortcut keys. They must carry a training certificate on the course from any NGO. They must have a clear diction, have English comprehension, not necessarily
proficient in English speaking. Candidates must possess call etiquettes & basic customer handling skills. Candidates must be min class 12th pass, graduates preferred.
