The Delhi state level open chess tournament for visually challenged partakers is going to be organised by Indian Association of the Blind. The event would start at 9 a.m. on 11th August 2007 and end on 12th August 2007. This is an open competition and everybody is encouraged to participate in the event. All the participants are advised to bring their own chess board to play. Lunch and tea will be provided to all the participants.
