Applications for filling up 25 vacant posts of Clerk purely on adhoc basis on consolidated pay of Rs. 25,500/-, initially for a period of six months or till regular appointments are made, whichever is earlier, in Hisar Sessions Division, are hereby invited from general public, as per the details given below:

Educational Qualifications :-
Candidates, for the posts of Clerk, should have possess a degree of Bachelor of Arts or Science or equivalent thereto from a recognized University. He/she should have passed matriculation examination with Hindi as one of the subject and must have proficiency in operation of Computers.
Age :: 18-42 years
consolidated pay of : Rs. 25,500/-
The selection for the posts of Clerk will be made on the basis of a written examination in the subjects of (i) English Composition and (ii) General Knowledge consisting of 50 marks each. No candidate shall be considered for appointment unless he/she obtains 40% marks in agreegate (33% qualifying marks in each subject) in the written examination. The candidates who would qualify the prescribed written test shall be called for Computer Proficiency Test/Computer Typing Test. The candidates will have to qualify Computer Proficiency Test/Computer Typing Test in English at the speed of 30 w.p.m.

The date and place of the examination/test will be informed later on the official website https://hisar.dcourts.gov.in/notice-category/recruitments/ No separate
letter will be issued. It shall be the responsibility of the candidates to keep themselves updated about the same.
Last date of receipt of applications shall be 02.01.2025. No application received thereafter shall be entertained in any case. No advance copy of application shall be entertained and applications sent through e-mail will not be accepted in any case. The candidate shall
submit application on plain paper duly affixed with his/her latest one passport size photograph on its top, containing details particulars i.e. name, father’s/husband’s name, date of birth, sex, education qualification, category of reservation (mandatory) with documentary proof, if any, mobile number, permanent and postal address and experience, if any, alongwith attested copies of relevant certificates.

The benefit of reservation is admissible only to bonafide domicile/residents of State of Haryana as per Govt. of Haryana letter No. 22/67/81-3 GS-III dated 15.07.1985.
No separate call letters for the written test, computer proficiency test/computer typing test to be conducted shall be issued to any candidate and candidates are advised to see public notice to be affixed on the notice board of the Court of undersigned as well as on the website of District Courts, Hisar i.e. ttps://hisar.dcourts.gov.in/notice-category/recruitments/ Candidates shall bring their original testimonial and identity proof at the time of tests.
