Chief Minister Raman Singh on Tuesday had breakfast with the visually impaired students of Jashpur School and asked the students to recite Mathematics table at the breakfast table.
A visually handicapped student of Standard-I, Raju recited the table uninterruptedly much to the amazement of the Chief Minister and the gathering.
Singh appreciated the student and said even he cannot remember the Mathematics table of 26. He blessed the boy with a bright future.
The Chief Minister later invited the visually impaired school children for breakfast.
Another visually handicapped student of Fifth Standard Priyanka expressed her gratitude on behalf of all students to the Chief Minister for providing all facilities to the school children. It was written in Braille.
The girl informed the Chief Minister that she wanted to become a Collector.
Singh boosted the morale of the students by stating that they can achieve anything in life with determination and hard work.
The students later recited a poem. Singh said that he is also inspired by the poem.
He appreciated the teachers and other staff members for high quality of education imparted at the school.
