Young Voices Delhi is a group of young disabled students working to empower people with disabilities. As a part of our activities, we are organising a competition called “best student of the year” to identify the top eight blind students studying in classes IV through XI from across Delhi/NCR. These students will receive personal mentoring and access to several other opportunities. The best student will also be awarded with a laptop computer at a special function in December 2015/January 2016.

Note that this process is very holistic, i.e. we will evaluate your application taking into account your circumstances and the opportunities available to you. What we 're looking for is that you've
made the best use of opportunities available to you. We 're also very interested in your potential, so we want to see a demonstrated progress or improvement.
