Many visually challenged cricketers pledged for organ donation by filling up donor forms or registered themselves as blood donors. The organ and blood donation camp was organised by the ROTTO PGIMER in collaboration with the Shri Shiv Kanwar Mahasangh Charitable Trust, an NGO. The camp was organised on the sidelines of the National Cricket Tournament for the Blind being held by the Blind Cricket Association at Tau Devi Lal Stadium, Sector 2, Panchkula, today.

The camp was inaugurated by Vivek Atray, an administrator, author, novelist and motivational speaker. Manan Vohra, a promising opener for Kings XI Punjab, was also present on the occasion. As many as 28 visually challenged people registered for organ donation and 33 for donating blood.
