SPECIAL RECRUITMENT DRIVE FOR PWD (PERSONS WITH DISABILITY)

SJVN LIMITED, A Category-I Mini Ratna Schedule ‘A’ Public Sector Undertaking under Ministry of Power, Govt. of India is emerging as a multi-unit 6000MW company. 

The Company invites applications from interested candidates belonging to PERSONS WITH DISABILITY for filling up the following posts (Including one backlog vacancy for Visually Handicapped):-

Post: EXECUTIVE TRAINEES/ E2 
Discipline: (i) Law
No. of post: 01 for Visually Impaired
Pay Scale: Rs 50,000-1,60,000/-
Qualification: Graduate with three years full time graduate Degree in Law from a recognized University/ Institute.

(ii) Official Language
No. of post: 01 for Visually Impaired
Pay Scale: Rs 50,000-1,60,000/-
Qualification: Graduate with Two years full time PostGraduate Degree in Hindi with English as a subject in the Degree Examination from a recognised University / Institute.

Percentage Marks: Minimum 50% marks in prescribed qualification aggregate.

Only such candidates will be eligible for the above mentioned Posts who suffer from not less than 40% of permanent disability & the candidate will have to submit a Disability certificate issued by a Competent Authority in the prescribed format as per directives of Govt. of India.

COMPENSATION PACKAGE:

During the training period of one year, Executive Trainees will draw Basic Pay of s 50,000/- and IDA, along with allowances up to 35% of Basic Pay under cafeteria approach. They will also be entitled for other perquisites and benefits such as Performance Related Pay, Foreign Compensatory Allowance, Liveries, Shift Allowance, HRA/ Company leased Accommodation, Medical benefits, etc., as per extant company rules. On successful completion of Training period they will be placed  in the regular Pay Scale of R. 60,000-3%-1,80,000/- at E3 level and shall be on probation for a period of one year.

AGE

The upper age is 40 years for General Category PWDs, 43 years for OBC PWDs and 45 years for SC/ST category PWDs, after allowing relaxation of 10, 13 & 15 years to respective categories. The age will be calculated as on closing date of the advertisement.

No application fee is payable. However the candidates will be required to produce the PWD certificates, in the prescribed format of Government of India, from a competent authority, at the time of interview, if called for. 

Concession for J&K Candidates:

Upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years for the candidates who had ordinarily been domiciled in the State of Jammu & Kashmir from 01.01.80 to 31.12.89.

SERVICE AGREEMENT BOND:

The candidates selected under this category will be required to execute a service agreement bond of Rs 1,25,000/- to successfully complete the prescribed training and thereafter serve the company for at least 3 years.

The candidates called for the Personal Interview will be reimbursed return 2nd Class AC Sleeper Rail Fare by Ordinary Train/Bus fare by shortest route as per the rules of the company only on production of their original tickets.

a) Valid e-mail ID and mobile number, which should remain valid for at least one year.
b) Personal details and educational qualification details.
c) Candidates should have scanned copy of latest passport size photograph as well as photograph of signatures in digital format (.jpg or .jpeg file only, less than 500 KB size) for uploading with the application form.
d) After applying online, candidate will be sent a unique registration number on his/her registered e-mail id. Candidates are required to save this unique registration number which will be required at the time of written test and interview.
