Job Summary
The National Association for the Blind (NAB Delhi) is seeking a passionate and skilled Computer Trainer to work with visually challenged individuals. The selected candidate will deliver accessible computer training to enhance digital literacy and empower visually impaired learners to achieve their academic, professional, and personal goals.

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct computer training sessions for visually challenged individuals using accessible technology.
• Design and adapt training materials to meet the needs of blind and low-vision learners.
• Provide one-on-one and group training sessions.
• Handle phone queries related to assistive technologies.
• Evaluate trainees’ progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly.
• Stay updated with the latest assistive technologies and software.
• Maintain records of training activities and learner progress.
• Collaborate with other staff members to create an inclusive learning environment.

Desired Qualifications
• Only visually challenged candidates are encouraged to apply.
• 1–2 years of experience working with visually challenged individuals.
• Good communication skills and ability to engage learners effectively.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Proficiency in computer applications and assistive technology tools for visually impaired learners.

Employment Type
• Full-time, based in Delhi.
