SPECIAL RECRUITMENT DRIVE FOR SCHEDULED CASTES AND FOR PERSONS WITH DISABILITY (VISUALLY HANDICAPPED).

 

Online Recruitment Applications (ORA) by using the Careers link in the website www.rubberboard.org.in are invited from eligible candidates for direct recruitment for the post of Jr. Assistant under special recruitment drive for Scheduled Castes and for Visually Handicapped Persons in the Rubber Board by 27.03.2016.

Age limit: 27 years. 

Qualifications: Essential: 

1) Pass in 12th class or equivalent qualification from a recognised Board or University. 

 

2) A typing speed of 30 w.p.m. in English on manual typewriter or 35 w.p.m. in computer. (35 w.p.m. and 30 w.p.m. correspond to 10500 KDPH/9000 KDPH on an average of 5 key depressions for each word). 

 

However, Visually Handicapped persons whose physical disability permanently prevents them from typing are exempted from typing speed subject to production of certificate from the Medical Board.
 

Those candidates who are blind/low vision can use own SCRIBE at own cost during the written examination as per guidelines from the Government of India. Visit Rubber Board website for guidelines about using Scribe. 

 

 

The written test will be held at Guwahati or Agartala.

Candidates are requested to register online using a valid e-mail address and password. Those who are called for written test have to produce downloaded application form, all certificates/documents in original and one set of self-attested photocopy of the same for verification at the time of written test. 

 

Call letter for test would be mailed to the registered e-mail address or can be down- loaded from the ORA website.
