Lahore triumphed over Nepal by 6 wickets

The centuries of Muhammad Akram and Shariq Yaseen helped Lahore to win the final One-day match by 6 wickets.

In the morning at LCCA Cricket Ground, in the last one-day cricket match,
Nepal won the toss against Lahore Cricket Association of the Blind and
elected to bat first.

Nepal's openers who gave a brilliant start in yesterday's match did not
capitalized today and fell cheaply. At one stage Nepal was hovering around
13 runs by losing three top order batsmen but a century partnership for the
fourth wicket between Bikram and Chittuip rebuild the innings.

Nepal was all out in 39.2 overs after posting 343 runs on the board. Bikram
Bahadur scored 126 runs. Muhammad Akram was the pick of the bowlers by taking two wickets while Abdul Razzaq and Karamat shared a wicket each.

In reply, Lahore's cruised home in 29th over by losing 4 wickets. Muhammad
Akarm played a brilliant knock of 142 run well supported Shariq Yaseen who remained unbeaten on 128 runs. For Nepal Ammar Oli took two wickets.

Muhammad Akram was declared man of the match. While Bikram Bahadur was declared man of the series in B1 category, Ammar Oli was declared man of the series in B2 category and Muhammad Akram was declared man of the series in B3 category.

The Chief Guest Imtiaz Ahem distributed the prizes among the players.

Pakistan Blind Cricket Council provided all the expenses to Nepal for this
tour and also granted US2000/ to Cricket Association of the Blind in Nepal
(CABN) for the further development of Cricket of the blind in Nepal.

In the said series Nepal played 7 one day matches against different cities
of Pakistan and won only 1 match and lost 6. Nepal also played (2) twenty/20 against the same sides and won both.
