Online applications are invited from the prospective candidates for recruitment of 476 posts of Lecturers in different subjects:

Post: Lecturers
No. of posts: 476, out of which 1 percentage for Visually Impaired
Subjects: Odia, History and Hindi
Age Limit: 21-42 years
 10 years relaxation for PwD candidates whose disability is not less than 40%.

Qualifications: A candidate should possess a Master's Degree in the subject concerned from a recognized University with at least 55% marks or its equivalent grade on the date of application.

Provided that, a candidate belonging to the PwD shall possess a Master;'s Degree in the subject concerned from a recognized University with at least 50% marks or its equivalent grade.

Application fee is Rs. 200/-

The applicants will have to apply online only.

The candidate should be able to speak, read and write Odia fluently and must have:

(i) Passed Middle School examination with Odia as a language subject or
(ii) Passed Matriculation or equivalent examination with Odia as a medium of examination in non-language subject or
(iii) Passed in Odia as language subject in the final examination of class VII or above, or
(iv) Passed atest in Odia in Middle English School Standard conducted by the School and Mass Education Department

Admission to the Written Examination/Viva Voice Test will be provisional. If, on verification at any stage before or after the written examination/Viva Voice test, it is found that a candidate does not fulfil all the eligibility conditions, his/her candidature will be liable for rejection.

The eligible candidates will be required to download their Admit Card for written examination from the website of State selection Board i.e. www.ssbodisha.ac.in. No separate Admit card will be sent to the conditions.

No separate Admit card will be sent to the candidates.
