We are looking for a full-time DIFFERENTLY ABLED (LOW VISION/VISUALLY IMPAIRED) MARKETING PROFESSIONAL WITH GOOD COMMUNICATION SKILLS. Knowledge of ACCOUNTING will be an added advantage but is not a pre-requisite.
NOTE - THIS IS AN OFFICE BASED DESK JOB & NO TRAVELLING IS REQUIRED AT SECTOR 50, NOIDA.

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Communications Specialist at Pande & Associates in Noida. The specialist will be responsible for handling marketing communications, strategic communications, and public relations activities on a day-to-day basis.
His/her scope of work will be as follows -
1.     You have to Identify & shortlist from a lead's provider platform relevant Architectural & Interior Design leads as per specific requirements provided by the office as and when they are posted online.
2.     After approval from the office for buying shortlisted leads, you have to buy from a lead provider's platform approved leads through a pre-paid office account & procure the contact details of the prospective clients. Feed & maintain all data on excel. 
3.     Also, many prospective clients are calling office directly & from them also you need to procure their contact details & maintain all data on excel. 
4.     You have to call all prospective clients one or multiple times till you are able to successfully connect with them & if they have genuine requirements then connect them with the design team for a better understanding of their requirements. Calling if required has to be done on Sunday's and on holidays also & only in this case from home is acceptable. (hand held mobile will be provided from office)
5.     In case of prospective clients calling the office directly, connect genuine clients with the design team for better understanding of their requirements. If it is a Sunday or holiday the call has to be attended & only in this case from home. (hand held mobile will be provided from office)
6.     You have to keep calling all genuine prospective clients (acquired online or direct) one or multiple times till a successful meeting is scheduled & completed with the design team & update excel sheet accordingly.
7.     You have to follow up with all prospective clients till successful closure is achieved with each client individually & the Letter of Appointment signed along with advance design fees received by the office. 
8.     You have to update & maintain accounts of advance & further till project completion all design fees received in stages as per signed LOA from the client under that particular project in consultation with the design team.
9.     You have to prepare & allocate on excel a proportionate share of each design team member INCLUDING YOU (from design fees received from client) as per percentage share in design fees allocated to each team member as per the individual letter of appointment issued by office.
10.   You have to prepare & allocate on excel monthly salary due to all employees by adding fixed monthly salary & their proportionate share in design fees as per letter of appointment issued by office to them at the time of monthly salary disbursement.
11.   You have to call clients of all ongoing projects for realization of design fees due as per LOA till project completion of all projects in consultation with the design team & as and when required & update accordingly on the excel & keep sharing with office as per requirement. 

FOR THE RIGHT CANDIDATE THE FIXED MONTHLY SALARY WILL BE AS PER MARKET STANDARDS & ADDITIONALLY A PERCENTAGE SHARE IN THE DESIGN FEES RECEIVED BY THE OFFICE IN ALL PROJECTS AS A VARIABLE PART OVER & ABOVE THE MONTHLY SALARY.
