posts mentioned above are subject to all India transfer liability and Field Service liability rules.

 

Candidates will forward application properly sealed in an envelope to the address mentioned against the post applied for through ordinary post only. Candidates are requested to superscribed the words " APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF ........." on the top of the envelope while sending the application form.

 

Photocopy of the following documents/certificates to be attached along with application duly atteste by a Gazetted Officer.

 

(a) Higher Secondary/Matriculation Certificate/Birth Certificate issued by Govt. Authority/School Living Certificate in support of Date of Birth.

(b) Mark Sheet of the educational qualification mentioned against the post applied.

(c) ST/SC/OBC (Non creamy layer)certificate if aplicable.

(d) Physically Handicapped certificate showing 40% and above of relevant disability issued by competent authority in Govt. prescribed proforma.

(e) Discharge certificate in case of ex-servicemen.

 

No TA/DA is admissible. Duration of the Test/Interview may be 02 to 03 days or more which will be held at Vadodara. Candidates will make their own arrangement for lodging/boarding during the test/interview.
