Qualification:
1. HUMAN RESOURCE - Grade –I & II
Candidates should possess MBAor MSW/ MA(Social Work) or Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in
Personnel Management or Equivalent qualification of 2 yrs full time course with specialisation in
IR/ HR/ OB from a Univeristy or Institution recognised by UGC/ AICTE. Degree in Law is
desirable.
Post Qualification Executive Experience / Job Profile:
Candidate should possess prescribed length of post qualification experience indicated in the succeeding paras.
Candidate will be responsible for Manpower Planning, implementation of HR Policies and Practices, Contract labour Management, Employee Engagement, Training & Development, Performance Management System and will be required to provide HR & administrative support.
Good Communication Skills & Team Membership would be a pre-requisite. Those having relevant experience in a large Engineering / Auto Industry will be given preference.
2. ACCOUNTS / AUDIT-Grade-I, II & III
Qualification:
The Candidates should possess M.Com with Inter ICWA/ CA. Candidates with skills in Computer Application in the areas of Financial Management will be preferred. Also candidates with CA/ICWA qualification will be preferred.
Post Qualification Executive Experience / Job Profile:
Candidate should possess prescribed length of post qualification experience indicated in the succeeding paras.
Candidates should possess experience in Treasury Management, consolidation & finalization of Accounts / Internal Audit / Costing & Budgeting/ Pricing / Management of Receivables & Inventory. Those having relevant experience in a large Engineering / Auto Industry will be preferred.
3. Clerk-cum-Typist (Wage Group – B)

Qualification:
Candidates should possess graduate degree from a recognized University / Institution with Junior Typing . Knowledge of Computer application for office management will be preferred.
Post Qualification Experience/ Job Profile:
The Candidate should have one (1) year post qualification experience in various aspects related to office working.

Asst Manager (Grade-III): Rs. 20600-46500
Engineer / Officer (Grade-II): Rs.16400-40500
Asst. Engineer/ Asst. Officer (Grade-I): Rs.12600-32500
Clerk-cum-Typist (Wg. Grp.-B): Rs.7000-20000
UPPER AGE LIMIT (in Years) (Inclusive of 10 yrs relaxation for PWD)
Asst Manager (Grade-III): Gen-40, OBC-43, SC/ST-45
Engineer / Officer (Grade-II): Gen-37, OBC-40, SC/ST-42
Asst. Engineer/ Asst. Officer (Grade-I): Gen-36, OBC-39, SC/ST-41
Clerk-cum-Typist (Wg. Grp.-B): Gen-34, OBC-37, SC/ST-39

After submission of the online application form, an Acknowledgement Slip with the unique Registration ID will be generated. The candidate must take a print of the Acknowledgement Slip, paste an recent self attested passport size photo in the space indicated, put his/her signature in the place provided and keep the acknowledgement copy along with the Challan to be produced as and when called for by BEML Limited.
