Deepstambh foundation’s Manobal project is a national level residential training center for the specially-abled, orphan, scheduled class and scheduled tribe students above the age of 15. Manobal provides Training for competitive examinations, Career Counselling, Higher Education, Skill Development and entrepreneurship Development to these students. Manobal is in the process of strengthening their human resources team, so looking for following professionals:
1. Head Administrative Officer: (Job Location -Jalgaon) • To execute decisions taken by board of director. • To administrate all activities of all departments. • Should be Excellent in Administration. • Skill Required –Technology Orientation, Leadership, Problem Solving, Decision making, Effective management. • Postgraduate Persons with 5+ Years’ Experience in similar profile (NGO experience will be added advantage). Note: Residence will be provided at the location of the project.

2) Hostel Rector: (Job Location - Jalgaon) • To manage day to day hostel administration & monitor the maintenance of the hostel • Should possess the capability of looking after and taking care of 300 Specially-abled, orphan and underprivileged students. • Any Graduate with 5+ years’ experience in Similar Profile required (as a hostel rector) Note: Residence will be provided at the location of the project.
3) Counsellor for specially-abled Students: (Job Location – Jalgaon,
Pune)
• To counsel and train physically challenged students.
• Should Conduct Person-centered counselling aiming to Achieve personal growth and change within the individual.

• Excellent in communication skill, deep interest to understand students and counselling.
• RCI certified person or any equivalent educational qualifications/degree with 5+ years of experience in similar job profile.

4) Field officer: (Job Location –Jalgaon & Pune)
• To coordinate various Development activities across National Level.
• To conduct programme at different districts and states in line with Deepstambh Vision.
• Should plan field work of minimum 15 days in a month.
• Post Graduate with 3 +years’ experience in similar profile.

5) Research Assistant: (Job Location – Jalgaon & Pune)
• Persons has to review the collected data, authors reports and makes recommendations applicable to MANOBAL.
• To communicate with various teams, social Institutes, academic forum to understand and document the objective
• Post Graduate with 3+years of experience in Information
Collection, Analysis, Research and voracious Study

Competitive Examination Trainer and Counsellor (Job Location –Jalgaon & Pune)
• Prior experience of appearing for state and central Public services Examinations and other such similar competitive examinations
• Must able to teach in English, Hindi, Marathi
• Should have a minimum 3 +years’ experience of teaching and
counselling any one subject for UPSC, MPSC, Bank, SSC etc.

Social Media Executive: (Job Location - Jalgaon)

• To execute Social Media, other Media Planning and overall Management
• Should have expertise in the latest technology tools
• Any Graduate with 3+ years of experience in Social media and other media Platform

• Priority will be given to professional degree holder like social work, Psychology, management, education, Journalism, Technology
• Possess inherent interest in working for and contributing to social Work/cause.
