The National Scholarship Portal is now open to receive application for AY 2024-25.

Government of India, National Scholarship Portal (NSP) invites online applications for pre matric, post matric and other various scholarship schemes to the academic session 2024-25 under central sector and centrally sponsored schemes. All eligible and interested male and female aspirants can apply online at NSP Scholarship official portal at scholarships.gov.in from 01st July 2024 to till the application last date 31st October 2024 for National Scholarship Schemes 2024 25
The National Scholarship Portal is now open to receive application for AY 2024-25 with the following timelines:

Pre-Matric Scholarship Schemes (SwDs): Last date for application submission: 31st August, 2024
Last date for INO Level Verification: 15th September, 2024
Last date for Second Level Verification: 30th September, 2024
Post-Matric/Top Class Scholarship Schemes (SwDs):
Last date for application submission: 31st October, 2024
Last date for INO Level Verification: 15th November, 2024
Last date for Second Level Verification: 30th November, 2024

Key Details:_

- _Eligibility:_ Indian citizens studying at pre-matric to Ph.D. levels
- _Scholarships:_ Pre-matric, post-matric, merit-based, means-cum-merit, and minority scholarships
- _Required Documents:_ Aadhaar card, bank passbook, income certificate, caste certificate, domicile certificate, academic records, fee receipt, passport size photograph, and bonafide certificate from education Institute.

There is no any application fee required for this scheme.
All the components of scholarships are open to students with benchmark disability i.e. 40% or more disability as defined in ‘Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016 and having a valid certificate of disability issued by the competent authority as prescribed under Rules .Not more than two children with disabilities of the same parents will be entitled to receive benefits of the scheme. In case the second child is a twin, the scholarship under the schemes will be admissible to the twin.

Scholarship for studying in any class will be available for only one year.  If a student has to repeat a class, she/he would not get scholarship for that class for a second (or a subsequent) year.

A scholarship holder under this scheme will not avail any other scholarship/stipend.
