Two posts for Visually Impaired may apply at any level. 

Professor:
Qualifications: a. Ph. D. degree in relevant field and First class or equivalent at Bachelor’s and Master’s level in the relevant branch. AND b. Minimum of 10 years of experience in teaching / research / industry out of which at least 3 years shall be at a post equivalent to that of an Associate Professor. AND c. At least 6 research publications at the level of Associate Professor in SCI journals / UGC / AICTE approved list of journals and at least 2 successful Ph.D. guided as Supervisor / Co-supervisor till the date of eligibility of promotion. OR At least 10 research publications at the level of Associate Professor in SCI journals / UGC / AICTE approved list of journals till the date of eligibility of promotion. 

Desirable: i) Without prejudice to the above, the following conditions may be considered as desirable: a. Teaching, research, industrial and /or professional experience in a reputed organization. b. Published work, such as research papers patents filed/obtained books and /or technical reports. c. Experience of guiding the project work/dissertation of PG/ Research Students or supervising R&D projects in industry. d. Demonstrated leadership in planning and organizing academic, research, industrial and/or professional activities. 

Pay Level: Entry Pay Rs.1,44,200/- in all relevant disciplines 

Associate Professor
a. Ph.D. degree in the relevant field and First class or equivalent at Bachelor’s or and Master’s level in the relevant branch. AND b. Minimum of 8 years of experience in teaching / research / industry out of which at least 2 years shall be Post Ph.D. experience.
AND c. At least total 6 research publications in SCI journals / UGC / AICTE approved list of journals.
Desirable: i) Without prejudice to the above, the following conditions may be considered Desirable: 1. Teaching, research industrial and/or professional experience in a reputed organization. 2. Published work, such as research papers, patents filed/obtained books and/or technical reports. 3. Experience of guiding the project work/ dissertation of PG/Research Students or supervising R&D projects in industry. 

Pay Level: Entry Pay Rs.1,31,400/- in all relevant disciplines 

Assistant Professor:
i) Ph.D. in relevant discipline with first class in both Master’s Degree and Bachelor Degree in the appropriate branch of Engineering (Engg.) & Technology (Tech.) 
Desirable: ii) Engineering,   attached at   Without prejudice to the above, the following conditions may be considered desirable: 1. Teaching, research, industrial and/ or professional experience in a reputed organization. 2. Papers presented at conferences and/or in refereed journals. 

Pay Level: Entry Pay Rs.57,700/- in Engineering 

Entry Pay Rs.57,700/- in Mathematics/ Physics/ Chemistry and Humanities & Management
