The Ar,unachal Pradesh Public Seruice Commission invites online application from the
citizens of India for admission to Trained Graduate Teacher Examination- 2A26 (year) for filling up
389 (Three Hundred Eighty-Nine) posts of Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) under Education
Department of Govt. of Arunachal Pradesh in the Pay Matrix Level-7 (<44900-1,42,4A01-), Group-B (Non-Gazetted) as admissible under rule. The subject wise details of vacancy are as

The online application submission link shall be active from 1700 hours on 26th March 2026 till last date of submission, that is, before 1300 hours on 27th April 2026 on the APPSC website hups ://appsc. egv.in.
The candidates should carefully fill the requisite details in the online application form. Their admission at all stages of examination i.e. Written Examination and Viva-voce will be purely provisional.Any information found to be wrong at any time befdre or after any stage of examination may lead to cancellation of candidature for Trained Graduate Teacher (Secondary) Examination- 2026.
The candidate should be a graduate with a minimum Second-Class Bachelor's Degree in Arts, Science or Commerce from a recognized university and must have studied the concerned subject in all yearslsemesters of the Bachelor's Degree prografilme. The final yearlfrnal semester marksheet of Bachelor's Degree must contain the name and marks of the concerned subject.

Graduation in any other subject with Post Graduation in the concerned subject shall not be considered eligible for the particular post.
Candidate should possess a B.Ed (General) degree issued by NCTE recognized institute.
Only General B.Ed is acceptablg for teaching Classes IX-X[ as per letter vide no. DSE11027 I I 1202 1 -DSE-ED dated 09 I 1212025.
B.Ed (Special Education) is not recognized as an altemative professional qualification for TGT(Secondary) as per letter vide no. DSE-110271112021-DSE-ED dated 0911212025.
The minimum duration of B.Ed programme is two yea$, including mandatory internship in schools. However, for candidates who were awarded the degree before 2015, the course duration of one year will also be eligible.
Candidates who have completed a Four-Year Integrated Degree Programme with B.Ed (General) included are also eligible subject to fulfilment of subject specific requirements as mentioned in B(1).
Students in their frnal yearlftnal semester of Bachelor's Degree/B.Ed are not eligible to apply for the examination.
Each candidate is permitted to apply for only one TGT (Secondary) post.
Age Limit: . A candidates should not be leis than 2l years and not more than 35 years of age as on
last date of receipt of Application form i..e.2710412026. However, the upper age limit is relaxable in accordance with orders issued by the Govt. of Arunachal Pradesh from
time to time.
One time relaxation on upper age limit for General Category candidates, bom on or after 01/0111989 and the Arunachal Pradesh Scheduled Tribe (APST) candidates born on or after 01/0111984 will be applied in accordance with the Department of Administrative Reforms, Government of Arunachal Pradesh Notification vide no.ARl2l9 12022-US-1 -AR dated 2 1 s April, 2025
Person with Benchmark Disabili,ty (PwBD) candidates should submit disability certificate issued by the certifying authority as per Section 57 of Rights of Persons with Disabilities
Act, 2016, failing which such candidates shall not claim the reservation under PwBD category and shall not be entitled for any concession. ln the Medical Board, the Speciality of the particular disabilities, for which certificate is sought, must be a member. Otherwise, the Disability Certificate will not be accepted for claiming reservation under PwBD category
No fee for PwD candidates.
