Seminar - 'Sexuality and Intimacy' -we would like to help all, know their body, understand their sexuality, negotiate their sexual and intimate relationships,  learn about sexual rights and be safe.

Schedule:

1. Session 1 - knowing your body-An exploration of anatomy and physiology of the body, accompanied by tactile explanations.
2. Session 2 sexuality and relationships-Understanding our own sexuality, sexual needs, orientation, and navigating sexual relationships.
3. Session 3- be safe-Talk on forms of abuse and violence.
