Posts: 



1. Deputy Registrar 

No. of post: 01 

Pay Band: 3 Rs. 15600-39100 + Grade Pay: Rs. 6600 

Age: Maximum 45 years 

Minimum and Desirable qualifications: 

Essential: 

(i) Masters Degree in any discipline from a recognized University with 50% marks with consistently good academic record.(ii) Experience in the Finance/Accounts including Establishment matters in Central Govt./Autonomous organization or Academic Research Institutes in supervisory capacity for 3 years with grade pay Rs. 5400/- or 5 years with grade pay Rs. 4800/-. The individual should have experience in dealing with Annual Budget/ expenditure control/Annual Accounts/Auditing & Audit report, purchase cases, civil construction bills/contract management, pension matters and all other contingent and misc. cases etc. (iii) The candidates should possess necessary skills & experience of finance and Accounts work in computerized environment. 



Desirable: 

(i) Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Commerce/Financial Management or equivalent in Finance 

(ii) Chartered Accountant/ Cost & Works Accountant. 



2. Assistant Registrar 

No. of post: 01 

Pay Band: 3 Rs. 15600-39100 + Grade Pay: Rs. 5400 

Age: Maximum 40 years 

Qualifications: Essential: (i) Masters Degree from a recognized university in any discipline with 50% marks with consistently good academic record. (ii) Experience in the Finance/Accounts including Establishment matters in Central Govt./Autonomous Organization/Academic Research Institutes/PSU in supervisory capacity for 2 years with grade pay Rs. 4800/- OR 3 years with grade pay Rs. 4600 OR 8 years with grade pay Rs. 4200 . (iii) The candidates should possess necessary skills & experience of finance and Accounts work in computerized environment. 



Desirable: 

(i) Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Commerce/Financial Management or equivalent in Finance 

(ii) Chartered Accountant/ Cost & Works Accountant 



The age limit is relaxable as per Govt. of India rules for SC, ST, OBC and Physical Handicapped candidates on production of relevant certificates.
