Content Advisor with a leading Financial Organization

Profile Summary

Acquisition support & content programs – This will role will manage projects focused on leveraging best practices, content harvesting / collection, advising/evaluating acquired content coordination, and accelerating the global sharing and distribution of intellectual capital derived from acquisitions.

  1. Gap analysis - Assess content gaps & provide recommendation of content needs
  2. Business priority focus on strategic hot solutions for each sector (NB often cross SL):
    1. Insurance: Customer and Growth, Regulation and Risk Transformation, Finance Transformation, Enterprise Data Excellence, Technology-Enabled Transformation
    2. Asset Management:  Regulatory change( AIFMD, SII), Data, Technology, Global Funds Distribution
    3. BCM: Wealth management
  3. Content migration – Support activities that include migration of content to target platforms
  4. Aged content management – Manage the processes for identifying and archiving aged and/or irrelevant content from the firm’s knowledge sharing tools.
  5. Acquired content - Work with the Portfolio Lead as appropriate to assist with business access to acquired content, and also assist with tracking usage and ROI for the firm’s acquired content investments.
  6. Analytics – Drive the analysis of utilization of our firm’s knowledge resources, and assist with the development of reports for communicating usage trends for audiences at a variety of levels.

Knowledge and Skills Requirements

  1. Experience in implementing knowledge solutions to meet business objectives Advanced skills with MS Office tools, primarily Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; as well as Lotus Notes. Experience with MS SharePoint a plus.
  2. Experience with online research databases and websites, business information tools and corporate intranets
  3. Excellent interpersonal, presentation, verbal and written communications skills
  4. Fluency in English, both spoken and written required.
  5. Fluency/proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese a plus
  6. Expected to self-direct projects; ability to work well independently and across geographies
  7. Strong networking and relationship-building skills
  8. Demonstrates strong executive presence, and ability to interface with key stakeholders across all levels/ranks of the firm
  9. Strong project management and coordination abilities
  10. Willingness to learn new technologies and be innovative in applying to knowledge solutions
  11. Assist in people connections (communities, yammer, other social networking)
  12. Promote teaming across Content Advisor group

Bachelors degree and 5 years+ business experience or graduate degree
and 3 years + related work experience
