BHEL, Tiruchirappali Units currently looking for Artisans in the following trades.

 

Post: Fitter

No. of posts: 150, out of which 02 for Low Vision

Upper age Limit: 27 years

Desirable: Working Knowledge of Tamil.

Qualifications: Matric / SSLC plus National Trade Certificate (NTC) plus National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) # in the trade of Fitter or Sheet Metal Worker.

Pay Scale:  Rs.11700-23000/-

The selected candidates will initially work as Temporary Employees (Artisans) for a period of one year.

All eligible candidates shall be invited for an objective type Written Test to be conducted at Tiruchirappalli, details of which shall be communicated in the candidate’s call letters to be downloaded from http://careers.bhel.in. The Question paper will be tri-lingual in English/Tamil/Hindi languages. No separate intimation will be sent to the candidates by post.

 

Age relaxation: 10 years for PwD candidates.

 

No fee for PwD candidates.

 

How To Apply:

 

All eligible candidates are required to fill in the ONLINE application form.

 

 

After submitting the application ONLINE, a unique Acknowledgement Number will be allotted to the candidate and he/she will then be required to download two copies of the acknowledgement slip.

 

Acknowledgement slip, duly signed by the applicant and with his/her recent photograph pasted on the slip.

 

Caste Certificate (SC / ST / OBC-Non creamy layer)

 

Medical Certificate issued by the Medical Board (Physically Challenged candidates only).
