NPCIL, a premier public sector enterprise under department of Atomic Energy, Govt. of India having comprehensive capability in all facets of nuclear technology namely, Site selection, design, construction, commissioning, operation, maintenance, renovation, modernization and up-gradation, plant life extension, waste management and decommissioning of nuclear reactors in India under one roof, invites online applications for the following posts to share these challenging spectrum of responsibilities.

Qualification: Graduation in any discipline with not less than 60% marks, plus 
Two years full time MBA or equivalent with XLR/IXISS/XIM OR MA (personnel Management &Industrial Relations) from TISS or an equivalent Post Graduate Degree/Diploma from a recognized University/AICTE approved institute, with not less than 60% marks in Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in aggregate.

HOW TO APPLY:
 
A Candidate has to apply through online application form provided on the website https://www.npcilcareers.co.in only.
 
 
Before applying online candidate should scan his / her photograph in JPG format, of size not more than 50KB and a minimum of 125 x 165 pixels (4.4 x 5.8 in cm) in dimensions and signature in JPG format of size not more than 20KB and a minimum of 125 x 80 pixels (4.4 x 2.9 cm) in dimensions. 
 
The photograph uploaded will be printed on the Admit Card and only the applicant whose photograph is printed on the Admit Card will be allowed to take up the Online Test (wherever applicable).
 
Only after submission of the online application, the online application form can be viewed / printed. The printed application is required to be brought at the time of attending interview. 
 
Application Status can be seen by the candidate using "Application Status option" (Apply=>Application Status) after Login
 
 
Necessary assistance for access & seating will be provided to PWD candidates at the Written / Online Test centre. At the time of Written / Online test, only those PWD candidates who have physical limitation in typing / writing, including that of speed would be allowed the facility to use the service of a scribe. In all such cases where a scribe is used, the following rules will apply:-
The candidate will have to arrange his / her own scribe / writer.
The candidate will have to give suitable undertaking, in the prescribed format at the time of written / online test.
All PWD candidates will be eligible for compensatory time of 20 minutes and / or part thereof for every hour of the examination as per rules.
 
 
Detailed instructions for PWD candidates regarding availing services of scribe and allotment of extra / compensatory time will be made available on NPCIL Career Website (www.npcilcareers.co.in) at the time of uploading Admit Card for Written / Online Test.
 
At the time of interview, the candidates have to produce all original certificates for verification of date of birth, caste, disabilities, qualification, experience (if any) etc and certificate / authentic documents in original in support of any claim for relaxation of age, application fees along with self attested copies of all such certificates / documents (Formats can be downloaded from Downloads menu from the website). No Candidate will be interviewed, if any of the required certificates / documents are not produced.
 
No Travel expenses will be paid to any candidate for appearing in Written/Online Test. Only those outstation candidates who are short listed and have attended interview will be reimbursed First Class (Not First AC) / III AC (for TO/D, SO/C & Dy. Manager) and Second class / Sleeper Class (for Executive Trainee & JHT) to and fro rail fare by the shortest route (including Rajdhani / Shatabdi / Duranto Trains) on production of original journey tickets.
 
Selection process: Online test + Interview
 
Places of Online Test : The Online Test will be conducted in 6 metro cities viz. New Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Kolkata, Bangalore & Hyderabad tentatively during December 2015. However, exact dates for online test will be notified online at a later stage.
