Educational Qualification: Required: 12 years of education. [PUC, Diploma, under graduates &

graduates].





Freshers& 1 year experienced

Skill Set:  Required: Good verbal & written communication in English, good verbal communication in Hindi & any of the following regional languages [Kannada, Tamil,Telugu, Bengali& Marathi]. Subjected to the call volume of that particular language.



Typing skills: Minimum 10 WPM with 80% accuracy.


 Should be flexible to work for 6 days in a week with rotational offs.



. Should be flexible to work in different shifts & should be open for feedback.





Location : Mumbai & Bangalore

Salary: 1.4 lacs CTC + Incentives based on performance for candidates who could be

certified and deployed after training
