Centre for Development of Advanced Computing (C-DAC), is a Scientific Society of the Department of Electronics & Information Technology (DeitY)under the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology, Government of India. 

 

Applications are invited (only online) for Group A, Scientific and Technical Positions from eligible differently abled  (PwD) candidates. 

 

Post: 

1. Senior Technical Officer/ Senior Engineer

Pay Band: PB3 15600-39100 + Grade Pay 6600/-

Upper age limit: 43 years

Minimum Qualification & experience (Only post qualification Experience): 

 

a. 1st class B. E./ B. Tech./ MCA/ or equivalent degree in relevant discipline with 3 years' experience. OR

b. Postgraduate in Engineering/Technology in relevant discipline with 1 year experience. OR

c. 1st class Postgraduate degree in relevant discipline with 3 years' experience or Postgraduate degree in domain specific discipline with 3 years' experience. OR

d. PhD in relevant discipline.

 

2. Technical Officer/Engineer

Pay Band: PB3 15600-39100 GP 5400/-

Upper Age limit: 40 years

Minimum Qualification & experience (Only post qualification Experience): 

 

a. 1st class B. E. / B. Tech. / MCA/ or equivalent degree in relevant discipline. OR

b. Postgraduate in Engineering/Technology in relevant discipline. OR 

c. 1st class Postgraduate degree in Science in relevant discipline or Postgraduate degree in domain specific discipline.

 

 

Total No. of posts: 23, out of which 09 for visually impaired

 

Total 23 Positions are available across C-DAC Centers (Bangalore, Chennai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Mohali, Mumbai, Noida, Pune, Silchar and Thiruvananthapuram ) 

 

All candidates are required to submit the disability certificate in the format prescribed by Government of India, Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) OM no. 36035/3/2004-Estt(Res) dated 29.12.2005. The format is available on website www.persmin.nic.in.

 

Only such persons will be eligible for reservation who suffers from not less than 40% of relevant disability. The Disability Certificate issued by a competent authority is mandatory.

 

How to apply:

 

Candidates have to apply only online through the CDAC's website i.e. www.cdac.in

 

No hard copy/printed applications should be sent to C-DAC. Incomplete and defectively filled up forms shall be rejected straightway and no subsequent correspondences will be entertained in this regard.

 

Candidates working in Government/PSUs/Govt. Autonomous bodies should also apply online in advance and print the application form, duly filled, and signed should be forward through proper channel to Corporate HRD, Centre for Development of Advanced Computing (C-DAC), Savitribai Phule Pune University Campus, Ganeshkhind, Pune - 411 007.
