Eligibility Criteria for required candidates- 

1. Willingness to be self reliant and self dependant. Willing to do Marketing job or Field work. He will be provided help of Differently Abled Person (orthopaedic handicap) to move around.
2. Males candidate with good communication skills in English and Hindi .
3. Age- 20-30 years . 
4. Educational qualification- Preference for science graduate but graduates in other streams or 12th Pass etc. will also be considered. 
JOB PROFILE- To represent organisation and meet customers like Doctors and Pharmacist at chemist shop and hospitals/nursing homes in assigned territory . He has to communicate with customers and promote organisation's mission, vision, concept of social cause and its medicines brand. 
Salary- It's a new launched organization or Start Up with Vision to  create new job opportunities for Differently Abled People. Therefore initial salary will not  be very attractive but it will be ensured that employee should able to sustain and be Self Dependent Economically with a New Ray of HOPE in Life. 
The expected remuneration of employee will be :-
He will be on training for first six months with stipend 0f Rs.7000 per month.
On successful completion of training period he will be on probation for next six month with remuneration of Rs.8000 per month.
On successful completion of probation period he will be having remuneration of Rs.10000 per month and eligible for additional rewards.
