Qualifications:

SSC (with Science and Maths) with a minimum 60 % marks in aggregate PLUS trade certificate in Electronics / Fitter / Machinist/ Welder / Turner.

The candidates should meet any of the following requirements as regards Trade Certificate:
1) NTC (ITI pass out) of two years duration.
or 2) NAC of two years duration under Apprenticeship Training Scheme.
or 3) NTC (ITI pass out) of one year duration plus one year relevant work experience after the completion of course. or 4) NTC (ITI pass out) of one-year duration plus NAC of mini

AGE LIMIT :

Category-II: 18 years (minimum) and 22 years (maximum) as on 31.05.2017
The upper age prescribed above is relaxable up to a maximum of 5 years if candidate belongs to SC/ST category. In addition to the above, the following age relaxation are also applicable: a) For persons with disabilities (Applicable for Post Code II-4) : Up to a maximum of 10 years.

REQUIREMENT OF DISABILITY CERTIFICATE
i) Definition of disabilities will be as mentioned in DoPT OM No. 36035/3/2004-Estt(Res) dated 29.12.2005 ii) Minimum degree / percentage of disability for reservation : 40%.  Those SC/ST/OBC persons with disabilities selected on their own merit without relaxed standards along with other candidates, will be considered against unreserved vacancies provided the post is identified for the persons with disability of relevant category.
Compensatory time for person with disabilities shall be provided as per the extant orders of Government of India.
