Chennai Petroleum Corporation Limited (CPCL), is aleading profit making Public Sector Organization, a Group Company of Indian Oil Corporation Limited, in the field of Hydro-carbon processing with a refining capacity of 11.5 MMTPA, having Refineries located in Chennai and Nagapattinam, in Tamil Nadu. 

CPCL invites applications from young, self-motivated and energetic persons of Indian Nationality for the following positions:

Post: Human Resources Officer (HRO)
No. of posts: 03, out of which 01 for Visually Impaired
Position Code: 07
Qualification: Graduate in any discipline with two years full time regular course leading to Post Graduate Diploma/Masters Degree in Human Resource Mangement/Personnel Management/Industrial Relations/Labour Welfare/Master of Social Work/Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent with specialization in Personnel Management & Labour Welfare/Human Resources with not less than 60% mark in aggregate of all semesters/years.
Upper age limit: 30 years

Upper age limit: 10 years for PwD candidates.

Pay Scale: Rs. 24500-50500/-

The selection shall be made through Personal Interview of the eligible candidates only.

Candidates applying against Persons with Disabilities category shall have not less than 40% of relative disability.
