We Indian Association for the Blind offer pre employment training followed by placements in various sectors such as BPO, Quality control and Food &  retail exclusively for visually challenged, Physically Challenged and Hearing Impaired to improve their quality of life and make them self reliant. We train graduates and under graduates on fundamentals of computer using Jaws, handling voice calls, Quality Control and other soft
skills which enhance their technical knowledge and skills. Training will be based on candidate's skill set. It would be grateful if your good office would help us in announcing our training and Employment activities and join hands with IAB in making differently abled community aware of the available job opportunities.

This training programme is completely free with stipend for differently abled persons only.  Food will be provided at free of cost. We have branches in Madurai, Chennai & Bengaluru.

1. Associate - Customer Sales Support

Candidate Should be enthusiastic with Good Tamil & Basic English speaking (or) Good Kannada  & Basic English speaking skill

Should have good listening, Problem solving skills & Interested in telesales 

 Looking for only Visually Challenged & Physically Challenged candidates

Qualification : SSLC, HSC Or Any Degree

Both Male & Female

Age : Upto 35

Location: Madurai,Chennai & Bangalore

Training will be provided at free of cost

Salary : 6K to 8K

Candidates have to arrange for accommodation by their own

2. Quality Checking (Rubber Valves)

Qualification : 8th Pass
